What is the return policy?
As of now, all items are made to order. Because of this, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color, or change-of-mind reasons. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue, along with your order confirmation number and receipt/proof of purchase. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.
Please Note:
- We cannot accept physical returns.
- Sale items and limited drops are final.
- Items worn, washed, or altered are not eligible.
When will I get my order?
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Processing: 2-5 business days
- Production & Shipping: 7-14 business days
International Shipping
- As of now international shipping is unavailable.
All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, customs processing, carrier delays, or other logistical factors. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
